We transformed this project from a unused side yard to a outdoor living space that our clients could only dream of. With the help of a great general contractor we worked closely with, we added a staircase from the second floor down to the new outdoor space. We then installed a Calstone paver patio with two different entertaining area's separated by a small walkway and a dry creek bed that is a functioning drain for the down spouts for the house. We then did a full landscape design and install with low maintenance plantings, installed a fully automatic drip system and finished it off with a FX low voltage lighting system that adds great ambiance for those evening parties and events that they now get to host!
